1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Sub7erra ("we," "us," or "our") for consulting services or software subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Sub7erra provides operations consulting, AI/automation solutions, data analytics, and custom software development. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Software subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. License & Usage
Software provided under subscription is licensed, not sold. Each license is issued to a single organization and may not be shared, transferred, or sublicensed without written consent. Usage is subject to the terms of your specific license agreement, including any location or seat limitations.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a billing cycle.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sub7erra's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
